<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rolling bearing continuously usable for a long period of time while suppressing the dispersion of an axial internal clearance residing in the bearing after assembled, even when influenced by a structure around the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing comprises a unit double-row bearing ring 26 having double-row raceway surfaces 26a, 26b, two single-row bearing rings 28, 30 having single-row raceway surfaces 28m, 30m, respectively, a positioning means (a spacer 36, e.g.) for positioning the two single-row raceway surfaces opposed to the double-row raceway surfaces, respectively, when arranging the two single-row bearing rings opposed to the double-row bearing ring, and a plurality of rolling elements (cylindrical rollers) 32 assembled in double rows between each of the double-row raceway surfaces and each of the two single-row raceway surfaces.
