<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device of constitution for producing a drink from a capsule and ejecting a used capsule reliably. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with the motor-driven extraction module provided with a first jaw member and a cooperating second jaw member. While the extraction module is opened, the jaw members are placed separated from each other. While the extraction module is closed, the jaw members seals a capsule space firmly. Moreover, the device provided with: a motor 12 for controlling transfer of the extraction module between the closed state and the opened state; and a knee lever constitution 19 which is connected functionally with at least one of the motor 12 and the jaw members and designed so as to convert motor-driven operation to closing force, that is force of making the first and second jaw members approach each other, and where this is increased in the process of closure movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
