<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit between two switches wherein second electronic equipment is connected with the second switch to the low voltage side, and first electronic equipment is connected with the first switch to the high voltage side. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic system comprises: an electronic clock circuit 33; a second cell 32; the second switch 34; an electronic clock movement 30 connected with a high voltage terminal 33b of the electronic clock circuit 33 and the high voltage side 32b of the second cell 32 are connected through the second switch 34; and a keyless entry device 40 provided with a keyless entry circuit 43, a first cell 42 and the first switch 44, wherein a low voltage side terminal 43a of a keyless entry circuit 43 and the low voltage side 42a of the first cell 42 are connected through the first switch 44.
