PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored curable composition that gives a pattern with high optical density and has excellent pattern forming property and resolution, and a color filter and a method for manufacturing the color filter using the colored curable composition, and a display device including the color filter.SOLUTION: The colored curable composition comprises (A) a dye, (B) a polymerizable compound, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a solvent. Under the conditions that the content of the (A) dye with respect to the whole solid content is 25 mass% or more and that the content of the (D) solvent with respect to the total mass is 25 mass% or less, the colored curable composition shows a melt viscosity of 1.0×10Pa s or more in a temperature range of 80°C or higher and 250°C or lower. |
