MIXING MACHINE TEFLON STUFF

摘要

A method for mixing ceramic stuff and non-ferrous stuff with Teflon stuff is provided to facilitate mixing of raw materials for improving chemical and functional property of Teflon by maintaining temperature of nitrogen gas agitator within a range of -20 ~ -30 deg.C and to allow improved chemical and functional property to Teflon. A method for mixing stuffs for Teflon includes the steps of: measuring proper amount of ceramic stuff, non-ferrous stuff, and Teflon stuff(S1); sieving the measured stuffs through a sieve having 300~400 pores within 1 square meter(S2); injecting the stuffs into a freezing agitator(S3); agitating the injected stuffs below 200rpm and at -20 ~ -30 deg.C (S4); performing vacuum sealing packing with damp-proofing agent to prevent water condensation(S5) after completion of agitation.
