A micro piezoelectric motor is provided to optimize an internal electrode structure of a stacked type piezoelectric ceramic used in the micro piezoelectric motor by moving the moving part upward/downward according to an upward/downward movement of a stacked type piezoelectric ceramic. A micro piezoelectric motor includes a moving axis, and a ceramic(200). The moving axis guides upward/downward a moving part having the frictional force. The moving axis is installed on the upper part of the piezoelectric ceramic(200). A lower part of the piezoelectric ceramic(200) is fixed on a case. The piezoelectric ceramic(200) is a stacked type. The moving part is upward/downward moved according to an upward/downward movement of the piezoelectric ceramic. The stacked piezoelectric ceramic is installed so that external electrodes(210) are opposite to each other. |
