<p>A system for reducing power consumption is provided to minimize the tiredness of eyes of users by controlling the brightness of the lighting lamp. A system for reducing power consumption includes a PC(Personal Computer)(41), a RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) card reading device(52), a lighting module(300), and an authority DB(DataBase)(61). The PC(41) changes a group of users and user authority, grants authority, controls the brightness of a lighting lamp(32), and turns on/off the electric power of the lighting lamp(32). The RFID card reading device(52) recognizes a RFID employee ID card(51) by connecting the PC(41) and a server to a network. The lighting module(300) has the lighting lamp(32) and a sensing unit(31). The lighting lamp(32) has a built-in stabilizer for the stabilization of electric power and flickers a lighting device by supplying or shorting the electric power. The sensing unit(31) outputs a flickering signal to the lighting lamp(32) after a PC turning-on/off signal of the users is applied. The authority DB(61) saves the information of employees, the user authority, and the management information of the lighting lamp(32) on an internal server after building a database of the information of employees, the user authority, and the management information of the lighting lamp(32).</p> |
