PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a coating substance to a treatment object of a living body lumen in a desired coating range and coating shape.SOLUTION: A living body lumen treatment device 10 includes a shaft 12 to be inserted into a blood vessel, and a balloon 14 that is provided on the shaft 12 and can be transferred from a deflated state to an inflated state. In the inflated state, the balloon 14 includes: a recessed portion configured to form a coating chamber which is substantially blocked between an inner surface of the blood vessel and the device; a discharge port 22 provided on the recessed portion to discharge a coating substance toward the coating chamber X; and a suction port provided inside the recessed portion to apply a negative pressure to the coating chamber.
