PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor whose assembly costs can be reduced.SOLUTION: An information processor includes an HDD unit 20, a plurality of vibration-proof rubbers 25 and 26, a bracket 30, and a fixing member 50. One vibration-proof rubber 25 is provided on one side surface 21 in the HDD unit 20, whereas the other vibration-proof rubber 26 is provided on the other side surface 22 in the HDD unit 20. A bracket 30 has: an engagement hole 36 engaged with the one vibration-proof rubber 25; an elastic piece 32 formed with the direction away from the other side surface 22 as an elastic deformation direction; and an engagement hole 39 which is formed at an end part of the elastic piece 32 and engaged with the other vibration-proof rubber 26. The bracket 30 is fixed to the fixing member 50. |
