摘要

Method for evaluation of effect of immune sensitization on course of experimental cerebral ischemia includes investigation of plasma lipids. One determines fat acid (FA) content of lipids of blood plasma by means of method of gas-liquid chromatography. One determines content of arachidonic and sum of poly-unsaturated FA with calculation of ratio of those, one compares to control and at decrease of coefficient K1 one predicts progress of cerebral pathology on background of auto-immune processes.
