METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING GROWING OF SPECIES OF GENUS TRICHOGRAMMA (HYMENOPTERA, TRICHOGRAMMATIDAE)

A method for optimizing growing species of the genus Trichogramma (Hymenoptera, Trichogrammatidae) includes a laboratory regime of growing feeder insects in eggs. Laboratory populations of the Trichogramma are formed by means of annual gathering of a parasite from eggs of natural populations of lepidopterous species of insects from noncultivated natural lands. In addition, in laboratory conditions 2-3-time passage is carried out through noctuid eggs, and prior to settling the Trichogramma into agrocenoses 3-4 passages through eggs of the grain moth are carried out with feeding females of the Trichogramma with an aqueous solution of native yeast ribonucleic acid in a concentration of 0.030-0.007%.
