A specific monoclonal antibody to a lactate dehydrogenase of Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum malarias is provided to discern the kind of malaria and diagnose with the high specificity and sensitivity. A kit for detecting malaria comprises: a specific monoclonal antibody to a lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) of Plasmodium vivax malaria; a specific monoclonal antibody to a lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) of Plasmodium falciparum malaria; and a specific monoclonal antibody to a lactate dehedrogenase(LDH) of the Plasmodium vivax malaria and Plasmodium falciparum malaria. The specific monoclonal antibody to the LDH of Plasmodium vivax malaria is a monoclonal antibody, 1H3C10 which is produced from a hybridoma (deposit number: KCTC11239BP). The specific monoclonal antibody to the LDH of Plasmodium falciparum malaria is a monoclonal antibody, T12E which is produced from a hybridoma (deposit number: KCTC11239BP). The specific monoclonal antibody to a LDH of the Plasmodium vivax malaria and Plasmodium falciparum malaria is a monoclonal antibody, T28C which is produced from a hybridoma (deposit number: KCTC11241BP).
