A mortar injection device for back-fill of gob is provided to make the mortar drop on the bottom of inclined shaft hardened rapidly, not flowing down due to inclination of the inclined shaft bottom. A mortar injection device for back-fill of gob comprises a circular pipe(10) with open top protruding above the ground and open bottom positioned inside the inclined shaft excavated under the ground, a head part(20) which is installed on the top of the circular pipe and has a through hole(22) on the top and an injection nozzle(24) on the circumferential surface in which mortar is injected, and a hollow shaft(30) with open top inserted to the through hole of the head part and closed bottom positioned at the lower inside of the circular pipe. The hollow shaft has spiral(32) of predetermined height on the lower outside surface and injection holes(34) on the outside surface between the spiral so that accelerating agent is injected into the top of the hollow shaft and ejected through the injection holes.
