A telescopic steering wheel using an electromagnet is provided to prevent vibration of a wheel due to the change of the natural frequency caused by the change of the location of the telescopic steering wheel. A telescopic steering wheel(100) using an electromagnet is composed of a hollow steering column(200), a steering shaft(300) which is installed in the steering column to be axially extended/contracted, a steering wheel(400) connected to one side of a steering shaft, a mounting bracket(500) which is mounted on the lower part of the steering column to fix the steering column on a vehicle body, a solenoid coil for applying current to one side of the shaft comprising the steering column, and a dash panel(800) in which permanent magnet meshes are equipped to the outside of a rod in which the solenoid coil is wound.
