An ultrasonic sensor assembly for vehicles is provided to reduce the number of high-priced sensors used in order to save material costs and to rotate a sensor unit using a shape memory alloy so as to prevent noises caused by the rotation of the sensor unit. An ultrasonic sensor assembly(100) for vehicles comprises: a supporting bracket fixed to a vehicle's bumper(200); a sensor unit hinge-combined with the supporting bracket; a variable shape memory unit connected to the end of the sensor unit to rotate the sensor unit when a current signal is applied; and a power applying unit to apply current signals to the shape memory unit selectively.
