A hybrid supercapacitor, comprising an anode aluminum foil, a cathode aluminum foil, an electrolyte and a diaphragm; two sides of the anode aluminum foil are coated with an anode material; two sides of the cathode aluminum foil are coated with a cathode material; the anode material is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by mass: 85-92% of activated carbon, 4-10% of a conductive agent, 1-2% of a dispersing agent and 3-10% of a bonding agent; the cathode material is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by mass: 80-92% of a lithium titanate/graphene composite material, 4-10% of the conductive agent and 4-10% of a bonding agent; and an amount of the graphene in the lithium titanate/graphene composite material is 5-25% of that of the lithium titanate. The capacitor has fast charging and discharging times, high specific energy, high capacity and good cycle stability. |
