PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance yield in punching of steel sheets even if a core is obtained as a laminate of the steel sheets, when obtaining a rotor for reducing cogging torque by bringing flux density in a cavity close to a sine wave, in a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A plurality of slots 13 are arranged around a central axis P of soft magnetic material 10 extending along the central axis. When viewing along the central axis P, a pair of ends 13b of the slot 13 are closest to an outer peripheral surface 10a of the soft magnetic material 10. The soft magnetic material 10 is deformed by injecting magnet material 14 to the slot 13. By this deformation, the outer peripheral surface 10a is deformed to an outer peripheral surface 10b. The deformation is more remarkable at a position 42 separated from the ends 13b of the slots 13 in a peripheral direction, than at a position 41 in the peripheral direction for the central axis P between adjacent slots 13. A permanent magnet is obtained by magnetizing the magnet material 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
