A wireless communication terminal is disclosed. The wireless communication terminal comprises: a transceiving unit for transmitting or receiving a wireless signal; and a processor for controlling operation of the wireless communication terminal. The transceiving unit performs a contention process in each of multiple channels and accesses at least one of the multiple channels on the basis of the contention process. The contention process indicates a process of calculating a random value within a contention window value and accessing a corresponding channel when the corresponding channel is in an idle state as much as a calculated random value.
