A vortex pump, comprising a pump housing (6), a pump shaft (11), a static vortex plate (14) and a dynamic vortex plate (13), wherein the front end of the pump shaft (11) is provided with an eccentric shaft (20), a connecting plate (22) is installed on the eccentric shaft (20) in a rotating manner, the front end of the connecting plate (22) is fixedly connected to the dynamic vortex plate (13), a drive motor for driving the pump shaft (11) is disposed at the rear side of the pump housing (6), and both the pump housing (6) and the drive motor are disposed on a base (5); the pump housing (6), a motor housing (2) and the base (5) are of an integrally-molded structure; and a seal mechanism for preventing liquid in the pump housing (6) from entering the motor housing (2) along the pump shaft (11) is provided in the pump housing (6), and a rotation preventing mechanism for limiting the rotation of the dynamic vortex plate (13) is also provided in the pump housing (6). The base (5) is integrated with the motor housing (2) and the pump housing (6), thereby avoiding the fit tolerance caused by the screw connection when a split structure is adopted, and improving the precision of a product and an overall rigidity of the pump. |
