PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folder gluer for producing a box of no fish tail.SOLUTION: A folder gluer 1 includes a conveyance device 4 for conveying a corrugated cardboard sheet SS, a pair of folding bars 20 for folding the panels P1 and P4 of the corrugated cardboard sheet from 0 degrees to about 90 degrees, a pair of panel folding belts 50 for folding the panels from about 90 degrees to 180 degrees, a pair of second folding plates 30 provided in a region where the panels are folded from 0 degrees to about 90 degrees, the tip ends of the second folding plates contacts lines of panels, or the vicinity of the lines of the panels, the pair of second folding plates being extruded by a predetermined distance to a width-direction outside by an air cylinder 32 to move, a tip detector 24 for detecting the position of the corrugated cardboard sheet, and a controller 82 for executing control to extrude and move the second folding plates 30 by a predetermined distance to the width-direction outside for a predetermined period of time to expand the downstream parts of the panels in a width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
