COMPOSITE WEB AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITE WEB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material including an elastic area and a non-elastic area and capable of fixing a hook material, and manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A composite web includes: a nonwoven web 1 forming a first outer surface of the composite web; elastically-stretchable film strips 2 disposed on the nonwoven web 1 at some interval apart from each other; a nonwoven material 3 for covering the elastically-stretchable film strips 2 at the second outer surface of the composite web; and a non-elastic strip 4 made of a hook material for bridging an area between the two adjacent elastically-stretchable film strips 2. The composite web includes an elastic area and a non-elastic area from which fixing elements for a diaper can be cut off or punched out. The nonwoven material 3 is superposed with edges 8 of the strip 4 made of the hook material. In that case, the strip 4 made of the hook material has protrusions 9 at the edges 8 superposed with the nonwoven material 3. The protrusions 9 extend to the inside of the nonwoven material 3.
