PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of miniaturizing and simplifying a cover even if the machine tool includes a tool exchange device and pallet exchange devices.SOLUTION: A machine tool 1 comprises a cover 8, a pallet exchange devices 9 and 12 and a tool exchange device 7. The cover 8 includes an opening 8b with one door 8a for exchanging a tool K by the tool exchange device 7 and exchanging a pallet P by the pallet exchange devices 9 and 12. The tool exchange device 7 is made movable between a tool exchange position where the tool K is exchanged through the opening 8b and a retraction position where interference with the pallet exchange devices 9 and 12 and the pallet P can be avoided during pallet exchange. The pallet exchange devices 9 and 12 are made movable between a pallet exchange position at which the pallet P is exchanged through the opening 8b and a retraction position where interference with the tool exchange device 7 and the tool K can be avoided during tool exchange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
