Provided is an arrangement structure for a motorcycle control unit enabling the effective use of a narrow space in a vehicle. The arrangement structure for a motorcycle control unit includes: a pair of right and left seat frame parts B supporting a seat Y, on which a rider can sit; and an ECU 1 disposed between the pair of right and left seat frame parts B, in which the ECU 1 is arranged to direct, out of outer surfaces of the ECU 1, the largest outer surfaces a and β to a vehicle-body width direction and tilted inward in this state at an upper part thereof in the vehicle-body width direction, and a lower part of the ECU 1 is located under one of the pair of right and left seat frame parts B and overlaps with the one seat frame part B in a top view.
