A medical observation device, information processing method, program and video microscope device are provided. This medical observation device is provided with a selection unit which selects one reference camera from two or more cameras, a motion detection unit which detects motion of the reference camera, a first correction information acquisition unit which obtains first correction information for offsetting movement of the reference camera, and a second correction information acquisition unit which, with a method different from that in the first correction information acquisition unit, obtains second correction information for offsetting movement of the cameras included in the aforementioned two or more cameras other than the reference camera. |
