摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output characteristics of an aqueous solution based lithium secondary battery.SOLUTION: The aqueous solution based lithium secondary battery 20 includes: a positive electrode 22 to have a positive electrode active material; and a negative electrode 23 installed at the opposing position via a separator 24 against the positive electrode 22. This aqueous solution based lithium secondary battery 20 is filled with an aqueous solution based electrolytic solution 27 in which lithium is dissolved in a space between the positive electrode 22 and the negative electrode 23. Moreover, at least for either the positive electrode 22 or the negative electrode 23, an electrode mixture for an aqueous solution based lithium secondary battery to contain an electrode active material, a conductive material, a binding material composed of water based polymer emulsion of which the glass transition point Tg is 20°C or more and 40°C or less, and a water based dispersion thickening agent is used. As the binding material, it is preferable to contain a water based butadiene copolymer, and as the water based dispersion thickening material, a cellulose derivative is preferable.
