PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a bitmap manager, a method for allocating a bitmap memory, a method for generating confirmation between network components and the network components for realizing the method. SOLUTION: The bitmap manager includes the bitmap memory for storing block confirmation of a frame received based on a bitmap, a bitmap operation information controller for storing a bitmap entry number and receiving bitmap operation information relevant to a physical address of the bitmap memory and a bitmap manager finite state machine BMFSM for receiving an update or extraction request to the received frame, handling the bitmap operation information and updating or extracting the bitmap memory.
