PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of preventing adhesion of grease to a belt. SOLUTION: A seal rubber 42 is arranged in an insulated space M3 between a ball nut 20 and an extension part 26A of a gear housing 26 to separate a first space part M1 and a second space part M2. With this structure, even if the grease coated on the periphery of a ball screw groove 16 is splashed when a rack shaft 14 is rotated, the grease is shut off by the seal rubber 42 to hinder intrusion of the grease into the second space part M2, and adhesion of the grease to the belt 38 can be prevented.
