PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a circuit board and enhance mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A boss being joined with a holder is formed at both ends of the circuit board in a top cover. A hole through which the boss is passed through is formed at both ends of the holder. The circuit board is housed between the top cover and the holder, and when the top cover is fit to the holder, the boss is passed through the hole of the holder. By melting the tip of the boss of the top cover, the top cover and the holder are welded, and the circuit board housed between the top cover and the holder is surely fixed.
