PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone-number input supporter capable of supporting an input of a telephone number by a user by simplifying the operation or the like of the input of the telephone number by the user. SOLUTION: The telephone-number input supporter supports the input of the telephone number inputted from an input means. The telephone-number input supporter has a toll-number storage means for storing while making a toll number in contrast with an area, and a selecting means for selecting the specified area E or areas excepting the specified area E. The telephone-number input supporter further has a toll-number reading means for reading the toll number corresponding to the selected specified area E from the toll-number storage means, and a toll-number adding means for adding the read toll number to the input telephone number.
