The invention provides improved sealing systems for tunnel boring machine used for tunneling underwater ground as well as for the convenience of changing cutters. The improved sealing systems for tunnel boring machine includes gate sealing system , rotary gap sealing system ,cutter-box sealing system , main drive sealing system which are available to provide the worker with a safe space to change the cutter when extreme worse ground condition applies, especially under pressured-water ground condition, and meanwhile balance the earth pressure surrounding the cutting head of the tunnel boring machine. |
