An apparatus and a method for continuous extraction of dissolved gas in liquid fluid, which can separate and extract a specific gas presenting in the liquid fluid more efficiently by passing a liquid fluid and a sweep gas through a membrane contactor in reciprocally reverse directions, and can reduce the extraction time of the specific gas to the utmost and can extract the specific gas easily and fully automatically by continuously performing the entire extraction process in real-time, are provided. In an apparatus(1) for extracting dissolved gas in a liquid fluid, an apparatus for continuous extraction of dissolved gas in the liquid fluid comprises: a membrane contactor(10) of which a space is divided by a hollow fiber membrane longitudinally included in an inner center of the membrane contactor, and into which a sweep gas and a liquid fluid flow from the outside in reciprocally opposite directions; a liquid fluid flow meter(30) which is connected to an one end of the membrane contactor by a tube or a hose to discharge the liquid fluid to the outside, and which measures a flow amount of a liquid fluid that flows through the membrane contactor; and a ball flow meter(50) which is connected to the membrane contactor by a gas pipe(11b), and which measures a flow amount of a sweep gas supplied into the membrane contactor from the outside.
