PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purge valve for improving the accuracy of a flow amount by substantially limiting factors of the dispersion of the flow amount only to the sizes of orifices. SOLUTION: A movable member 18' has a packing 28' defining part of a fluid passage 16 and the plurality of orifices 26' different in size formed on a circular arc 24'. The packing 28' has such a size and a shape as to encircle at least one orifice 26' at all times including a time for rotating the movable member 18' but excluding a time for fully closing the valve.
