PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilized modified polyolefin resin composition having excellent adhesion to a nonpolar substrate when dried at a low temperature, and more specifically, the hydrophilized modified polyolefin resin composition in which a melting point of the resin composition after hydrophilization is by 19-26°C lower than a drying temperature of a coating liquid containing the resin composition. SOLUTION: This hydrophilized modified polyolefin resin composition is characterized in that the melting point of the modified resin composition after hydrophilization is lower in a range of≥19°C and≤26°C than the drying temperature of the coating liquid, in a process of forming a coated film by coating and drying the coating liquid containing the resin composition on the substrate.
