PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record the operation history when a medical image diagnosing apparatus is operated, and the history of how the medical image diagnosing apparatus has reacted to the operation. SOLUTION: This monitor outputting video formation recording apparatus for the medical image diagnosing apparatus is equipped with a monitor output inputting section (1), a signal converting section (2), a video signal recording and reproducing section (3), a controlling section (4) which controls the overall motions, and an indication inputting section (5) which accepts an indication c of an operator. In this case, the monitor output inputting section (1) accepts an input of a monitor output m which is output from the medical image diagnosing mainframe (B) of the medical image diagnosing apparatus (A) to a monitor (C). The signal converting section (2) converts the monitor output m which has been input in the monitor output inputting section (1) into a video signal v. The video signal recording and reproducing section (3) records the video signal v on a video signal recording medium or reproduces the video signal v and displays it on a monitor (6).
