摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device wherein occurrence of unevenness of a display screen after a power source is turned off can be suppressed and a display surface can be rapidly transferred from bend alignment to splay alignment after the power source is turned off in the liquid crystal display device using an OCB mode liquid crystal. SOLUTION: A splay alignment fixed region 43 (13a, 21a) which is not transferred from splay alignment to bend alignment under voltage of the OCB mode is formed at a light shielding part of each pixel 20 in the OCB mode liquid crystal display device.
