PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case structure which can be easily composed or decomposed preventing a component parting line on side faces of an upper case and a lower case coupled to each other from being recognized in appearance, an operating panel equipped with the case structure, and an electronic apparatus equipped with the operating panel. SOLUTION: In the case structure, ribs 17a, 17b to cover the component parting line 14 between the upper case 11 and the lower case are integrally molded on both side edge sections 12a, 12b of the lower case 12 or on both side edge sections of the upper case 11. Thereby, the component parting line on the side faces of the upper case and the lower case coupled to each other is visually recognized in appearance, and consequently, the external design is improved.
