PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinging matter suction removal device for a charging-roller cleaning member, the device being capable of always keeping the charging-roller cleaning member clean without accumulating the clinging matter on the peripheral part of the metal core of the charging-roller cleaning member, and the device having a clinging matter suction removal mechanism for reducing power consumption resulting from the operation of the mechanism, preventing scattering of a toner image on a photoreceptor, and improving the ability to suck clinging matter, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus.
