PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel with which defective motion caused by electrostatic discharge is prevented. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel 60 comprises a circuit substrate 100 and a counter substrate 200, mutually facing and pasted up together with a seal 310, arranged along a periphery of the counter substrate 200. The counter substrate 200 includes an electrically conductive counter conductive layer 218, placed facing the seal 310 and extended from the seal 310 farther toward the inside and toward the outside thereof.
