PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new examination method, preferably, for diagnosing a coronary blood vessel disease, in particular, an advanced ischemic coronary heart disease related to a multivessel disease. SOLUTION: The diagnosis method comprises the steps of (a) measuring the amount of a cardiac Troponin in the sample of a subject; (b) comparing the amount measured in step (a) with reference amounts. The diagnosing method comprises the steps of measuring, in addition to the cardiac Troponin (especially, TnT), the amount of variants of natriuretic peptide, selected from among a group of ANP, NT-proANP, BNP, and NT-proBNP, preferably BNP or NT-proBNP, especially NT-proBNP, or peptide thus referred to.
