PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic instrument which can prevent deformation of a panel beforehand without causing an appearance shape to enlarge for the electronic instrument which exposes operation keys of a keypad installed in a circuit board mounted in an apparatus chassis from the panel manufactured by double in-mold process in the apparatus chassis. SOLUTION: The electronic instrument of the invention is composed to fix a supporting material to a base material of the keypad installed in the circuit board, and support the panel of the apparatus chassis from inside by the supporting material.
