A flexible circuit board having conductive fiber materials and an electronic device having the same are provided to prevent the environmental contamination by forming the conduction circuit on a base made of the conductive fiber material. A flexible printed circuit board comprises a base and a conductive fiber material. The base forms the floor of substrate. The conductive fiber material is formed by the sewing method on the base. The conductive fiber material forms the pattern of the conduction circuit on the base. The conductive fiber material delivers the electric signal and has the electrical non-resistance less than 105Фcm. The conductive fiber material is made of one of a metal fiber yarn, a mixed yarn of the metal fiber and the general fiber, and a yarn consisting of the conductive material with the post-treated.
