PURPOSE: A solid fuel boiler is provided to improve the heating efficiency by improving heat exchange efficiency between the heat generated a heating chamber and the fluid filled in a boiler body by utilizing waste heat contained in the combustion gas discharged through a smoke pipe. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel boiler is composed of a body(10), a heating chamber(20), an air chamber(30), a smoke induction pipe(40), an air supply unit(50), a first lid(23), a second lid(14), and an opening/closing door(32). The cylindrical body has a water supply port(11), a water inlet(12), and a water housing chamber(13). Plural chambers are installed in the water housing chamber. A smoke discharging hole(21) is formed in the upper part of the heating chamber and a support(22) having plural holes is installed in the lower part of the heating chamber. The air chamber is formed in the lower part of the cylindrical body to supply air to the heating chamber. The smoke induction pipe is installed to cross the cylindrical body and the center of the air chamber and guides the gas discharged from the heating chamber to a smoke pipe(41). The air supply unit is installed inside the smoke induction pipe to supply air blown from a blower(51) from the lower part to the upper part. The first lid is combined to the upper end of the heating chamber to supply the air blown from the blower to the upper part of the heating chamber. The first lid prevents the leak of the gas discharged from the heating chamber. The second lid is combined to the upper part of the body to prevent the leak of the gas discharged from the heating chamber. An ash receiver(31) is formed to receive the ash burned in the heating chamber. The opening/closing door is installed in the lower part of the air chamber to take out the ash. |
