PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring seat bracket that can be made up of two parts. SOLUTION: The spring seat bracket 7 is used in connecting an axle housing 1 to a leaf spring 2 by means of a pair of U-bolts 3 and comprises two parts, that is, an upper bracket 9 and a lower bracket 10, each made of a steel plate and seated respectively on the upper and lower surface portions of the axle housing 1. The lower bracket 10 includes a pair of side plate portions 14a rising from both right and left side ends of a flat plate portion 14; cutouts 14b provided in the side plate portions 14a for fitting over the lower portion of the axle housing 1; reinforcing portions 15 formed at the four corners of the flat plate portion 14 and each raised in the shape of a semi-tube for sandwiching the axle housing 1 from its front and back; and bolt holes 16 provided in the inner bottoms of the reinforcing portions 15. |
