摘要 A system and method for detecting the wear and loss of a rope groove of a friction hoist, which fall within systems and methods for detecting wear and losses of rope grooves of hoists. The system comprises an upper computer (6), a laser displacement sensor (4), a collector (5), a DC power supply module and a sensor support (3). The laser displacement sensor (4) is installed on the sensor support (3), and an output end of the laser displacement sensor (4) is connected to the collector (5). An encoder (2) is installed on a roller of a hoist (1), an output end of the encoder (2) is connected to an Ethernet, and an output end of the collector (5) is connected to an input end of the upper computer (6) via an Ethernet interface. The upper computer (6) achieves real-time analysis of the on-line detection of the wear and loss of a rope groove of a friction hoist and determines wear and loss conditions of different positions according to the encoder (2). The detection system and method can achieve quick on-line detection of the wear and loss of a friction liner in real time, accurately position the friction liner needing to be replaced in real time, alleviate the working intensity of workers, prolong the service life of a steel wire rope, and solve the problem that the wear and loss of the friction liner cannot be monitored in real time in engineering.
