PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device which reduces a risk of the deformation or damage of a seal member of low stiffness by making the fixing force of the seal member uniform, and makes the seal member have a compact and simple shape.SOLUTION: A ball screw device 1 has storing portions 22 provided at both ends of a nut 20; seal members 50 stored in the storing portions 22; surface plates 60 positioned on a shaft end side of a screw shaft to the seal members 50 and stored in the storing portions 22; and a plurality of fixing members 70 which presses the surface plates 60 against the seal members 50 by force in an axial direction of the screw shaft 10 while a contact part with an outer peripheral portion on a side surface on the shaft end side of the screw shaft 10 on the surface plate 60 is deformed by amount set in advance, when formed by material with low stiffness and attached to the outer peripheral side of the surface plate 60. On the surface plate 60, a groove 61 recessed in a diametrical direction is formed at a contact part with the fixing member 70 at an outer peripheral portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
