PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a rational travelling route in accordance with an amount of retaining energy of each of moving bodies.SOLUTION: An estimation unit 830 receiving a current location of a moving body MV(j=1,2,...) from each of terminal devices 700is configured to estimate occurrence of congestion on the basis of the current location, map information stored in a storage unit 810 and a travelling scheduled route of each of the moving bodies MV, and a retrieval unit 840 is configured to: identify the moving body lowest in an energy allowance level among the moving bodies likely to come across the congestion having the occurrence estimated; and refer to the map information stored in the storage unit 810. Then, the retrieval unit 840 is configured to retrieve an avoidance route avoiding the congestion upon travelling of the identified moving body to a destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
