PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform scheduling of a molten iron physical distribution with a high pretreatment ratio.SOLUTION: There are included: generating candidates of the combinations of torpedo car pairs for loading molten iron, as pretreatment object pairs in a pretreatment facility (step S1); generating a passing process which each torpedo car can adopt, as candidates of routes shown by a permutation of treatments including movement (step S2); and, as for the candidates of the routes, solving a mathematical optimization problem so as to maximize a pretreatment ratio while satisfying a limitation on a competition of the pretreatment facility and a limitation on component of molten iron required for a molten iron pot and time, and selecting a candidate having the highest pretreatment ratio in the candidates of the routes and the candidates of the combinations of pairs so as to create a molten iron physical distribution planning in which a steel mill for each torpedo car of the pair, a distribution amount of molten iron from the torpedo car to each molten iron pot, whether a pretreatment is performed or not for molten iron in each torpedo car, and a pretreatment facility to be used are each determined (step S3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
