摘要 The present invention relates to a method of preparing a seaweed fulvescens pancake, and more particularly, to a method of preparing a seaweed fulvescens pancake including seaweed fulvescens which is a high-quality seaweed. According to the present invention, a method of preparing a seaweed fulvescens pancake is characterized by including: a first step of dissolving salt in an egg white; a second step of mixing flour, sodium bicarbonate, seaweed fulvescens powder, powdered sugar, and soybean oil, and then dissolving butter in the resultant mixture to prepare dough; a third step of dividing the prepared dough; a fourth step of panning the divided dough; a fifth step of sprinkling seaweed fulvescens powder over a center of the panned dough; a sixth step of baking the seaweed fulvescens powder-sprinkled dough in an oven to prepare a pancake; and a seventh step of cooling and then packaging the pancake.
