The present invention relates to an artificial leather manufacturing method using a solvent-free urethane adhesive. This manufacturing method includes: a step in which an adhesive mixture is prepared through melting and stirring under a heating condition of a urethane prepolymer having a hydroxyl group (-OH) at a terminal end of a molecular chain, isocyanate, and a cross-linking reaction accelerator; (S2) a step in which the surface layer fabric is heated; (S3) a step in which the adhesive mixture of (S1) above is applied to one surface of the surface layer fabric; (S4) a step in which a cross-linking reaction of the adhesive mixture is in progress; (S5) a step in which the adhesive mixture-coated surface layer fabric is cooled; and (S6) a step in which an artificial leather composition is acquired based on combination of a back surface fabric with the adhesive mixture layer and compression.
