A powder forming apparatus (1) having a pressure maintaining function comprises a center shaft (11), an upper disk (20), a middle disk (30) and a lower disk (40). The upper disk (20), the middle disk (30) and the lower disk (40) are driven by a driving mechanism to rotate synchronously around the center shaft (11). The upper disk (20) is provided with an upper pinch roller (25) thereon. The lower disk (40) is provided with a lower pinch roller (45) therebelow. The upper pinch roller (25) and the lower pinch roller (45) are disposed opposite to each other. The middle disk (30) is provided with a plurality of female molds (31). The upper disk (20) is provided with an upper pressing assembly corresponding to the female molds (31). The lower disk (40) is provided with a lower pressing assembly corresponding to the female molds (31). Powder in the female molds (31) is pressed by the upper pressing assembly and the lower pressing assembly and made into briquettes. The lower pressing assembly smoothly slides from the lower pinch roller (45) to a push-out slide rail (462). The lower pressing assembly pushes, guided by the push-out slide rail (462), the briquettes and the upper pressing assembly out of the female molds (31), thus increasing a pressing time of the briquettes, and addressing the problems in which the briquettes still remain in the female molds (31) and crack under a vacuum effect caused by the upper pressing assembly or the lower pressing assembly being directly pulled out of the female molds (31) and the female molds (31) forming a vacuum therein. |
